Game-filled cabin in the pines—dogs welcome

Escape to Grizzly Peak Lodge, a spacious, dog-friendly cabin on nearly an acre of tall pines just north of the Mogollon Rim. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, room for up to 10 guests, mountain views, and plenty to do indoors and out, it is designed for relaxed family getaways in every season.

THE SPACE
The open great room keeps everyone together, whether you are cooking, watching a movie by the gas fireplace, enjoying the coffee bar, or working a puzzle in the sunny dining room. The oversized butcher-block island seats five, and the large loft overlooks the living area.

GAME-FILLED LOFT & OUTDOOR FUN
The loft features a hand-built 8-foot shuffleboard table, Street Fighter arcade game, Infinity game table, family games, puzzles, movies, and a second smart TV. Outside, enjoy cornhole, ping-pong in the garage, a children's playset, a furnished front porch, back deck with dining for six and a grill, plus a private balcony with mountain views.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Downstairs primary bedroom: king bed
• Upstairs bedroom: queen bed and private balcony
• Third bedroom: queen bed plus pullout twin
• Open loft: queen sleeper sofa
• Additional twin, queen, and two children's air mattresses

The three bedrooms feature Casper foam mattresses and soft bedding. The home comfortably sleeps eight in beds and can accommodate up to 10 total guests using the additional sleep spaces.

KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, gas range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker with coffee, French press, air fryer, blender, rice maker, electric griddle, waffle maker, crockpot, and basic oils and spices.

COMFORT & CONVENIENCE
Wi-Fi is available for the two smart TVs and guest devices. The cabin also includes air conditioning, a washer and dryer with detergent, bathroom toiletries, towels, linens, a 4K/Blu-ray player, and family movies.

NEARBY ADVENTURES
The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest surrounds the Heber area, with hiking, fishing, biking, wildlife viewing, lakes, and off-road trails nearby. Willow Springs Lake is about 20 minutes away; Woods Canyon Lake and Black Canyon Lake are about 30 minutes away.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a peaceful neighborhood with permanent residents. The primary renter must be at least 25. Only registered guests are permitted, with a maximum of 10 people including children and visitors. Parties, disruptive noise, trespassing, outdoor fires, and smoking anywhere on the property are not allowed.

Disney fans may notice playful Disneyland-inspired touches throughout the home—the inspiration for the name Grizzly Peak Lodge.
