The hotel is too old, located in old downtown of Hefei. The air condition was not working, room temperature was hot and not able to cool down.

Room service needs to improve its food quality and delivery service. Missing of food items ordered and the presentation is poor. Staff service is good though.

Solid Overall Hotel

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. Not much by means of food within walking distance; however, if you're willing to take the local train a few stops, there are numerous options to choose from. The local train is right outside the Hilton property.

the room was tidy and roomy. Food in the Chinese restaurant was fair and the staff kept approaching us selling some kind of membership program which was rather annoying.
