We offer you a 80sqm apartment, at ground level, bright and quiet. Ideal to relax and feel good, including garden. The property is located in the beautiful spa town of Heilbad Heiligenstadt. Very centrally located, as well as for beautiful walks to do it is on the Ibergrand. Shopping possibilities they have in the vicinity 500 m and in the center it is not far 5min, on foot. Also the bus station and the train station are in 10min walk to to reach.

Sehr schöne Lage. Man kann viel unternehmen. Super war, dass ein Bäcker und Lebensmittelmarkt zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Vermieterin sehr nett. Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, langes Wochenende verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern und vollständig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem im Wohnzimmer bietet die große Couch genügend Platz für gemütliche Abende. Gerne wieder

Immer wieder gerne

Im Ferienhaus „Sandra“ haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt: es war alles bestens und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ganz besonders hat uns das gemütliche Ambiente gefallen, wie z. B. die Salzlampen in den Schlafzimmern, schöne Topfpflanzen im Wohnzimmer sowie ein hübsch dekoriertes Badezimmer. Sogar an Desinfektionsmittel war gedacht worden. Es war nicht einfach so wie in einer Ferienwohnung sondern fast wie zu Hause. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider hatten wir nur 6 Übernachtungen gebucht, werden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Als Familie mit Kind und Kleinkind fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen und waren rundum gut versorgt. Ausflüge gibt es genug (wandern, Freibad, Tierpark etc.). 1 Woche Urlaub waren eigentlich zu kurz um alles genießen zu können.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Äusserst freundliche Gastgeberin. Wunderbar flexibel bei Check-in und Check-out. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, praktisch und komplett eingerichtet, bietet viel Privatspähre und dazu noch einen herrlichen Garten mit direktem Zugang. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft war gar kein Problem. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung und absolut empfehlenswert für jeden, der das Eichsfeld besuchen möchte. Vielen Dank!

Sich im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen!

Schöne gemütliche saubere Unterkunft. Freundliche sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die sich um unsere Anliegen und Fragen prompt und sehr rührend gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbare Gastgeberin

Wir haben unser Wochenende in Heilbad Heiligenstadt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut. Es war sogar sehr geschmackvoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Ein Sparschäler war wirklich das Einzige, was wir vermisst haben. Ich bin mir aber sehr sicher, dass Frau Metz Ihren eigenen verliehen hätte, wenn Sie das gewusst hätte 😉 Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sehr zufrieden

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage und ist dennoch zentral. Innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum, mit dem Auto in etwa 5 Min. Die Ausstattung der sehr großzügigen Unterkunft ist fast perfekt. Einzig 2 kleine Mankos sind zu verzeichnen. Zum einen ist es die nicht vorhandene Waschmaschine direkt in der Unterkunft. Die Nutzung einer Waschmaschine wäre jedoch gegen eine Gebühr bei der Gastgeberin möglich. Zum anderen ist die Dusche für evtl. Rollifahrer nicht so gut geeignet, da sie nicht ebenerdig ist. Der Ausgang zum Garten über die Terrassentür ist mit einem Hindernis/Schwelle etwas erschwert. Aber seitlich des Hauses befindet sich ein Gartentor, über welches der Garten sicher auch zu erreichen ist. Erfragt haben wir dies ehrlich gesagt nicht, da wir mit unserem Rolli-Kind, welches sich nicht allein fortbewegen kann, dennoch nach draußen kamen. Es erfordert also nur etwas Hilfe. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung auch mit Rolli gut befahrbar. Die Gastgeberin selbst war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auf Grund des schönen Wetters von allein den Grill angeboten. Alles in allem kann man diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder. 😀 Viele Grüße aus Dresden
