The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. They even gave us a rag to wipe off our car! The room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. It was a real joy to stay there.

My only complaint is limited food options. The main restaurant (Paradox grille?) was okay, but didn’t live up to the resort quality for the price charged. The BBQ buffet we had at the other restaurant (Entrada) the next day was superb.

The place is dated with very dark rooms and entranceway. The rooms need better lighting. The front desk was unmanned a couple of different times, one time where we had to wait almost 10 Minutes for help. The television is in the corner of the room and does not tilt to support the other person in bed. The outdoor area looks really nice but we couldn’t get the fire table lit and had to figure out how to start the hot tub because there was no signage.
