Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!

Located close to the beautiful Southern coastline, this superb small hotel is a perfect central location for a trip. Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. Clean room with excellent amenities and a good variety offered at breakfast. Our hosts were very helpful in every way possible. This is an English B&B, so don't expect modern / European hotel styles. With that caveat, overall excellent and a pleasantly comfortable bed. The only bit of warning is that while there is a large public parking area 1.5 blocks away with a very good price for an entire week, finding a place can be a challenge. Modern, spacious room and bath, new decor. Comfortable bed and very clean. Toilet was noisy (old structure needs complex system) but added to the entertainment. Tavern was great! Food delicious. Great ales. Bartender (Taylor) was terrific. Inn location is across from the ferry. Mt. Saint Michael nearby.

Terrific service and very accommodating with dogs! It is in a beautiful setting and the food is also wonderful I highly recommend it and would go back!

Serene atmosphere. Beautiful views. Excellent food.

Wonderful 6-day stay in the self-service apartment. Staff is so kind and helpful. Parking lot for hotel guests is large and easy to get in and out of. Hotel is steps away from the area bus stop and the walk down to the St. Michael's Mount causeway. Restaurants and shops nearby all definitely worth visiting (especially the hotel restaurant Cutty Sark and the hotel bar). Would absolutely stay again!

Terrific location. Hotel was great

This may have been the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Immaculate. The staff were genuinely helpful (getting our bags upstairs, for example.) The excellent breakfast was cooked to order. The buffet had fresh cut fruit, which was a lovely touch. The location was a little out of the way, but the views and the grounds made up for it. We did not stay in the shepherds huts, but they looked really interesting (and super high quality) Excellent for couples.

The Victoria Inn was an awesome B n B to stay in! Wonderful views, attentive and very kind staff, clean, amazing food, and lovely interiors. We loved it!

Lorena and Dan were so friendly and helpful. The property is set up on a hill with gorgeous views of Saint Ives. I received a free upgrade and the room was spectacular. Highly recommend. Short walk into town for good restaurants and shopping.

Don’t get a burger but hotel is so nice !!!
