Great b fast , slightly small choice of evening meal. 1st meal of fish and chips excellent but sadly 2 nd meal of steak , was not a good one , tough and tasteless. Bed room had lovely views and lounge area , which made us overlook the shabby wallpaper! Tucked away in a very pretty corner of the world. All the stay were amazing super helpful and polite. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the ocean and lighthouse. When we arrived we were told about a small private cove you could walk down to for a swim in the sea which was a great experience and the hotel even supplied beach towels ! The hotel has two restaurants one for fine dining and a normal one. We tried the normal restaurant and the food was really really good too! We found the menu limiting but ate out. The service very good. The views from the garden were excellent and staff were very friendly. Be wary of breakfast charges, paid £18.00 for bowl of cereal and a slice of toast! It is not clear at all that anything you have for breakfast is £18.00\. Also charged £13.75 per night for my Collie dog but absolutely no dog provisions made, not even a water bowel,. Really poor.
