This is not a five star hotel. Basic amenities such as conditioner in bathroom (could not be ordered) toilet paper and juice at breakfast is missing. Staff likeable. Large Cockrouge in room. Where there is on there is more. Not coming back.

Nice staffs

Highly be cautious to this hotel. They overcharged hotel guest even you made your payment online through hotel.com. I booked a standard double room and clearly informed that we have a party of two. When I checked in the hotel, they said I need to pay extra for my partner bcos the room is only for one person but not two. They locked me up and refuse to let us go. Ended up I got to call the tourist police, and after the cops figured out the whole matter. The hotel then released me without charging any extra. This hotel definitely is a scam and dishonest!

However, the hotel is located in a great area for shopping, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent, offering both a beautiful view and delicious food. All the hotel staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and provided helpful assistance.
