"House itself was great for our group; nice bedrooms with attached baths. Kitchen also great for a group - although the trash cans were quite small for the size of the house/our group. The only real issue was that the house didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. There were window sills and areas behind the bedroom tables that had dead bugs, and the the hot tub was essentially unuseable. Joe (the house manager) was very responsive - and came over at night and spent several hours getting it cleaned. But we weren't able to use it the one night that worked for us."

"We were a bit surprised walking into the front door and looking at the main room area. It did not resemble the picture online. It appeared much smaller. The kitchen, the down stairs open area and all four bedrooms were as pictured. The deck, hot tub and outdoor fire pit were nice as pictured. Disappointed with cook ware and host responded quickly and items were replaced the next morning. Host also provided new hangers as there were so few and no hooks to hang items in bedrooms that had no closet. Found broken or cracked coffee cups and one chipped glass in the cabinet. All windows were filthy and we were told it was due to the cabin’s recent paint job. The living room window and glass door was cleaned the next morning. No other windows were cleaned. Beds frames sit off the floor and lots of dust and small debris was found under them had not been cleaned in a long while. Bathroom floor edges continued small cob webs, used q-tip and just gave the impression of being quickly cleaned without paying close attention. Light above kitchen sink was burnt out. Light bulb in the downstairs bathroom also burnt out. Towel bar and hook are also loose and need repair. Overall we enjoyed the view and our time in this property. It just needs to be properly cleaned before it’s rented."

"This weekend was all about making memories with my children and grandchildren, and Selah Vie Lodge was the perfect place for it. Set on 6 beautiful acres with a stocked trout pond and a running creek, it was a fisherman’s dream, and the kids loved reeling in fish right from the yard. The lodge was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting our large multi-generational group.The kitchen and dining areas, both indoors and out on the deck, made mealtimes together easy and enjoyable. Thoughtful touches like a high chair, a baby bath, and fishing poles made traveling with little ones a breeze, and property being pet friendly meant our four legged family member could join in too.Between hikes on the trails, pool games, the hot tub, and s’mores by the fire pit every night, there was something for everyone. Three generations under one roof, and we all left with big smiles, already planning our next trip back.That’s about half the length but still hits every highlight. Want me to trim further, or does this feel like the right balance?"

"We had an amazing stay, and everything listed in the amenities was exactly as described. The property has so many unique features that made the experience really memorable.The creek was one of our favorite parts. It has a clear start and end point and was incredibly refreshing during the heat. There were also plenty of floaties available, so everyone had the opportunity to enjoy it comfortably. The basketball court was spacious, and the arcade options were especially unique and fun. There were plenty of bathrooms throughout the property, and they were all well stocked. There is also a theater room, although we didn’t end up using it during our stay.The custom details throughout the space were really charming and gave the property a lot of character. The kitchen was well stocked, organized, and easy to navigate. The main refrigerator was very spacious, and we especially appreciated having the smaller refrigerator in the back that cooled things down much faster.We did experience a few minor issues with the well-water distribution throughout the house. Most were minimal, but one room consistently had extremely hot/scalding water, so that may be something worth checking.Overall, this was an amazing location with so much to offer. The property exceeded our expectations, and we definitely felt that it was worth the cost. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!"
