"Clean and comfortable - great location for exploring the Isle. Staff were friendly and at the Calbourne Water Mill (the lodges are on the site) they were super friendly. All the facilities you’d need for a week (or longer) with lovely countryside walks around the area. Would recommend for a younger family 👍"

"5 ladies enjoyed 2 nights in the New Forest visiting new places, eating great food and catching up. We enjoyed our stay greatly the property really worked for us and we were able to sit around the dining table in a light and airy space."

"We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything to cook a festive dinner in. We had the log burner on for the day which was great. Would definitely stay again."

"Stunning views across the Solent to Hurst Castle. Super sunsets to watch from the settee! Lovely little beach only a short walk. Property had all we needed-clean and comfy beds, two settees and a small but well equipped kitchen"

"How.pleasant and helpfull all the staff were . The only exception was the male on rec Eption on Wednesday afternoon who was not at all helpfull."

"Loved the rooms. Bright, airy, clean, well equipped and spacious. Could do with a few more USB points. The area is lovely and has plenty of parking. Unfortunately the ongoing building site (hospital) is a bit unsightly. Not the properties fault. Staff are fantastic, helpful, empathetic and go the extra mile. Massive thumbs up for staff. We only had breakfast on this occasion. Only negative to breakfast is that it is not made clear that if you can’t find something, you need only ask staff and they will help. Overall the hotel is lovely. Could do with a few water fountains for refilling water bottles."
