“Excellent all round accommodation. Warm welcome. Comfortable spotless and fresh rooms with very comfortable beds followed by a well cooked and tasty breakfast in a lovely dining room. Limited parking on site but the road alongside offered plenty of unrestricted additional parking literally outside the house entrance. Location was also on the right side of town meaning no need to negotiate the terrible one way system and constantly heavy traffic through Lyndhurst was a bonus. 5 minute walk...

Anne the owner was such a lovely, delightful lady, at breakfast she was friendly, kind and considerate to all of the guests and nothing was too much trouble. “The continental breakfast was more than adequate with a pot per person of tea/coffee .The full car park indicated that the hotel was a popular choice to stay which was not surprising As a bonus literally 2 mins walk away is the Cristallo Italian restaurant,fantastic food,generous portions and wonderful friendly service ”

They were off on a short family break leaving the In Laws to cover Breakfast etc. Incl checking out and settling the bill 'if this had not already been done with David or Lorna before they had left'. Slight Communication breakdown we felt but overall had a fab stay. Reccommeded by us.”
