“This property is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our little family get toghther. The kids loved their room on the 3rd floor, and all the things to do up there. (The staircase to the 3rd floor is a little steep, but my 6yr and 9yr old managed just fine. I think it was really only hard for the adults to get up there.) I specifically liked that everything my family wanted to do while in Jefferson City was less than 10 minutes from this property. The location is excellent. The beautiful……

“exactly as described. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds. 2 baths. very cleaneasy rules (linens in bathtub, trash in trash bags, turn off lights)communication was automated and early and on time. clear directions. love the USA decor - presidents, constitution, etckitchen had a ton of pots and panslittle things included - soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, tin foil, paper towel. they are doing renovation work to the house and im sure it will look even better. 5/5 recommend and would use it again if needed”

“Beautiful property, so well maintained! We did a mom daughter weekend with friends and had a lovely time! Floating, swimming, boating, relaxing…we never left all weekend! Highly recommend!”

“I would book this home again in a heartbeat! Yes, the location is lovely- nice, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. Easy proximity to all of Jeff City. Yes, this house is as wonderful as the pictures show and even more so. First, it was very clean. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets/bedding/pillows were top notch. The towels were luxurious. The seating areas were all comfortable and easy to enjoy. But what really sets this property apart is the level of detail the host has……

“This home was so nice & of course the hot tub was a major plus! Its not a large house but it was perfect for us. The pŕoperty does sit far off the road & you have to get to it from a dead end alley. But that was never a problem for us. We enjoyed that. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay again soon!”

“This beautiful home was perfect for our group of ten (6 adults and 4 children). The home had everything we needed - plenty of space, private bathrooms in each bedroom, nice kitchen, screened in porch, washer and dryer, quiet neighborhood, near the pool and clubhouse, and the golf cart was a big bonus!! The home is well maintained and very clean. It was nice having garage space available to use. I highly recommend renting this home if you are looking for a nice place to stay in the Ozarks. Rick……

“Adorable little farmhouse not too far from local amenities. Very clean! We did make this choice based on several factors, one being animals and outdoor entertainment for our kids - neither of which were operational. Just wish that would have been updated in the listing. Otherwise, we had a great stay.”
