The whole hotel needs a revamp, it is very outdated. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. The breakfast was alright, but the coffee and water in the lobby was not refilled the 2 days we were there. There is grass growing thru the concrete in the poo area.

Location is awesome because you can walk across the street and see the beautiful Colorado River as it runs below beautiful canyon walls.
The beds were very comfortable, but the hotel room was not as clean as I would expect from a Hilton. It had a kitchen that looked worn out. The refrigerator made a loud noise every so many hours waking us up from a deep sleep because we thought it was an alarm going off.
Would not stay here again.
