Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back
Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to.
Breakfast had to ask for toast 3 times and was an age to take our order from menu .
Seems ok for guests there so obviously not trying to hard.
If you pay a decent price you expect a good experience.
