Bath/Shower; Renovated Kitchen with Frigidaire Stainless Appliances, Vintage Copper Ceiling tiles and lighting fixtures. Goodman HVAC. Nice backyard with lit 10' x10' pergola, firepit, BBQ Grill and seating for 6. Parking in front of house on street for two vehicles. Secondary option of parking for one vehicles in alley behind residence by pergola, and distinct path and steps to back door. The alley entrance is located on Market Street between 3rd and 4th Street.

Paul came to get us from the train station. He gave us a tour of the house. Everything looked nice. He had chocolate muffins and Stone Hill wine for us. Appreciated the rides to and from station. He was a great host. If we needed anything all we had to do was contact him. I mentioned we forgot to buy some root beer. He was so nice to get us some to take back. Enjoyed our girls trip to Hermann.

Great stay in Hermann
We had a wonderful stay at the Songbird House. Paul & Heidi were top notch hosts and even picked us up at the Amtrak Station. Paul gave us a thorough tour of the house and made sure we were comfortable. This house is beautiful and nicely appointed. Plenty of space to relax, a large kitchen and the bedrooms were also nice and roomy. The house is located close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. We walked around both Saturday and Sunday and found it very easy to find our way. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again some day. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Beautiful Property in a Perfect Location!!
We had a fantastic girls weekend in Hermann, and absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and so many other wonderful details! You can tell this property has a rich history and the owners have done a wonderful job setting it up. Most importantly, the beds were all so comfy!!! Location Location Location!! We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars which was perfect for the nightlife. We called the trolley to winery hop and they picked us up and dropped us off right at the house which was an unexpected surprise. We enjoyed pretending like we were in college again and had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough nice things about this home and our host Paul. The home was lovely, had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to Hermann's shops and restaurants. Paul went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be, and we will forever be spoiled for all future hosts!

Amazing Haus!
Paul and Heidi are amazing hosts! The house is beautiful and in the perfect location (close to everything). Paul and Heidi left huge delicious muffins for us for breakfast as well as a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. They actually stopped by when we arrived to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. Oh and we accidentally left a few items at the house and not only did they return the items to us, they actually drove an hour to our house and dropped the items off personally! Thank you so much Paul and Heidi for everything! You are awesome!
