The customer service was a little slow and it was very difficult to get the concierge on the phone due to staffing issues. But other than that it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable and a great location.

I spent five nights here with my family, in the 2 bedroom room. Thé area was great with stores and restaurants near by. The hotel was quiet and kept very clean, as staff were continuously cleaning. Great friendly staff. Oh, and the free breakfast was an awesome bonus. Will definitely come back again.

Hyatt House boasts a pleasant staff with fast check-in and superior affordability. I was most disappointed in the smell of the facility and had I not paid in advance I would have left. This is certainly not the standard Hyatt has met in the past. The rooms were bright and cheery, but the smell was off putting. Again, I was so disappointed since Hyatt has always been my only choice for long term or overnight stays. Hyatt’s attention to detail sets it apart from other hotels in the area. I still plan to make Hyatt my only choice among hotel selections.
