We got to town in the middle of the night having already paid for my room and were turned away because one of my emotional support animals is a cat instead of a dog. Hotels need to stop claiming to be pet friendly when they only allow dogs. They are not even ESA-friendly - how do they call themselves pet-friendly??
The lady just stood there and said they have a strict no cat policy. She didn't offer to help us find another place……
