After a terrible experience at a Comfort Inn nearby, this hotel and staff was great. Thet were all so kind and friendly and helpful! Clean room, safe, well maintained property.

Great hotel, staff was great , rooms were clean and the location was perfect!

Firstly, and most importantly, Would we stay here again? “YES”. This was an excellent hotel, super clean, room size above average, bedding superb, great location, great eco values. So why 4 stars and not 5 stars? We are being picky but worth pointing out… We stayed 3 nights, i drink peppermint tea at breakfast, on the first morning at breakfast i order this, no problem. On the second morning they had run out, apparently i had the last of it yesterday! The third morning still no peppermint tea!!! Come on, send someone out to buy some! We are in hospitality ourselves, and we would without fail, send someone out to buy some teabags. Asked twice for ketchup at breakfast before it came. At checkout they just charged our card without showing us the bill, and when we received the email of our bill there was $146 tequila from our room that we never had ! yes, we accept these are small issues but five star $750 a night rate, you need to fix these small faults.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Coffee in the morning drinks in the afternoon, with great space to wait to meet up before a short walk to Broadway. Room was great, with a comfy bed and wonderful lighting in the bathroom. Will definitely be staying there again!

Staff very courteous Rooms decent Close , walking distance to nissan stadium and bridgestone arena. Broadway few blocks down I just wish the thermostats in the rooms were a bit more controllable.
