"This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home."

"Gratidude Ranch was the perfect place for my extended family to gather for a long weekend. The main house, carriage house, and cottage were all clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The kitchen was perfect for all of us (11adults & 3 children) to gather while cooking meals together. We also enjoyed grilling on the deck! The many porches with rocking chairs, porch swings, etc were a favorite in the evening too! As an added bonus, the kids LOVED visiting the animals at the barn! During our stay, we drove into the quaint village of Leipers Fork several times for shopping (the Bubble Joy candy shop was the kids favorite!), eating, and enjoyed wine in the Creek at Crown Winery (the adults favorite)! It was a wonderful weekend. We will be back! "

The location was perfect as well- close enough to the action of Nashville but far enough way for peace and serenity. We definitely recommend this house for a large group. "

"The hotel is a little older, but was very clean, and was in excellent condition. The area was nice, the staff was great, it was quiet, and the price was very reasonable. Also, there were several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a good value, and an excellent experience. I would definitely stay there again."

"We had tickets to CMAfest and came in a few days early. The hostess was wonderful to work with and we enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was very comfortable and we really enjoyed having the hot tub. "
