7/10 Good! (1,007 reviews)
The room smelled like dog pee! Their solution was to open the window. The dogs next to us barked all night. People walked around outside talking from midnight to about 4 o'clock in the morning. We didn't sleep at all and had to drive for seven hours that morning to get home! We will never stay there again!

8/10 Very Good! (618 reviews)
Housekeeping did not clean our bathroom floor, there was dust on the top of the shower tile, the top of the headboard, and we found bugs in our bed. Not sure if they were bedbugs or not. The windows were dirty, the bathroom light was too dim to apply makeup, and the faucet handle fell apart.
There was one bar of hard soap, not even a separate one for the shower, let alone shower gel.
Carpet was dirty, as was the pullout couch. There was something underneath the couch which I didn’t remove. The air conditioner was a window model, so it was noisy, and blew right on us when we were sleeping. I would never stay here again.
