Room was clean and the shower was good. Bed was comfortable.
Staff however let the place down terribly. I stood in a queue waiting at reception to check in for over 15 minutes, only for a man to push in front of me and get beckoned forward by the staff. When I objected I was ignored.
I walked away to calm down and have a look around the lobby only to get “can I help you pal?” From a staff member, who then told me to “get back to the desk then” when I explained.
I walked out the following morning and won’t be back.
