“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“We had a wonderful stay, what a unique place with all conveniences catered for. We spent an evening at the fire pit toasting marshmallows (included in the fire pit package price). The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend Truly Kentish Holiday Lets. ”

“The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! “Fijn verblijf op goede afstand voor dagtekps naar Londen. Het huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een fijne tuin en de supermarkt op 5 minuutjes rijden. “Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm.
