“Just what we needed. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Had all the amenities we needed and more for our stay.”

“First of all let me say this is my third stay in this community but my first time at this cottage. My husband and I came with a large group who rented other cottages in the neighborhood and we brought our dogs. The location is perfect and the house was also great for what we needed. The street is quiet and the pool is always empty for the most part. We will most definitely be back and we can’t wait. Don’t forget to hit up local spots in MB! Pointbreak Pizza & Shipwreck Raw Bar (in Port St Joe……

“Our stay at this rental was amazing! Check in was easy and the place was perfect for our needs! Everything was clean and the place had everything we needed! Perfect for a small group of people and close to beach access! ”

“Barefoot Cottages is great as always if you’re looking for a quick and easy trip. This property was great for our family. Very clean and nice. Only issue was with the code on the front door not working, but they were quick to work on it and help us out. I will say though it is stressful to arrive with road weary family and not be able to get inside easily. I’ll also say the pool was nice but very warm. We don’t come for the pool, but we didn’t get in it as much due to that. It’s Florida in……

“Stay was wonderful! Close to all of my favorite places! Beaches were a minute away, cape San blas just a short drive, and my favorite places to eat! Always a wonderful lace to visit and the neighbor hood so very very quiet. So I was very pleased.”

“The cottage is very spacious and clean. We loved all the outdoor space and fountain in the lake behind the house. Very easy walk to the beach access. We loved how close we were to the state park. We had great weather our entire stay!”

“The accommodations were great! 4 bedrooms with joining bathrooms were perfect for our large family. It was in the quiet part of the cottages, which was perfect for relaxing! Would stay here again! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and on the front porch. ”

“Booked this pretty last minute to get the family some vitamin sea and it was great. Check in was easy, property was just as pictured. Lots of little extras (cleaning supplies, soaps, coffee pods and creamer) in the house really helped us settle in quickly. My youngest was blown away you could turn the couch into a bed! Would recommend and would absolutely stay again.”

“The location is great, between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The home itself is in a great location within the community. Close to the pool and still in a quiet area. We did bring extra towels and wash cloths based off of another review and we’re glad we did. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time. ”

“We loved staying at Bay Watch in the Barefoot Cottages coummunity. The location was great, the home beautiful, and the reservation process/communication a breeze. We'll consider this place for future beach trips!”

“This house was comfortable for all 8 of the people in my party. I slept in on the couch and I still enjoyed every second of it. Its also neat that there is wild life all in the complex youre in so youre see little frogs and lizards even a crab or two. Theres a lot of close beaches to the right of it and alot of groceries and business to the left. The family across from us were nice but loud. The only thing is that I recomend looking around for your places to visit theres a lot of hole in the……
