This condo 220 is the first condo on the side from a direct oceanfront. Huge ocean view.
We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore. The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.
Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

Hilton Head Island has their own airport 3 miles from my condo. Call letter for Hilton Head Island Airport is (HHH). Also Savannah , GA a 40 minute drive has an airport. The call letter are (SAV) , Three hour drive is Jacksonville , FA has an airport .
Gated Parking with covered under Building Parking
Under the building and surround building parking. Free with parking pass . This area is gated and you will need a device to enter. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking.

Great spot on Hilton Head

Great location for shopping, restaurants, and walking the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large common deck on the property. We would stay here again!

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Host

Honestly, this unit seemed new which of course made for a very pleasant stay. It had a great view and easy access to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Although we didn't use them, bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella were available. The host was very communicative and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to this particular unit soon.

It was very clean and close to the beach. My only issue was the thin walls and quite a bit of noise at night but nothing earplugs couldn't fix.

Great location

The place was small but that’s OK, we didn’t need somewhere big. The best part was the location, just walk a few feet to a nice beach. Tiki bar close. We would not hesitate to come back.

Perfect for two!

We’ve vacationed at Seaside Villas for 6 years and this was our best experience! The room was clean with a great view. Charlene was easy to work with and accessible. We will definitely be back next summer!

Nice condo

The place was clean and comfortable. Because I am tall with a knee replacement, the couch appeared very low. A higher toilet would be nice for seniors. Very nice stay!

Lovely place

What’s not to like! Great location for access to beach and walking distance to dining, food and shopping. Rent a bike or bring yours (although 2 are available to use, just have to find them amongst all the others) - well worth it for riding on the beach and trails. Nice little condo with a good view. Would rent again for sure. Maybe longer next time :)

Relaxing get away

Popular getaway. Easy access to ocean/beach and island activities. Hilton Head may be the most groomed resort you will ever visit. Beach was immaculate. Beautiful sunrises. Entering the resort the first day was a little confusing but was give precise directions. Just follow them and all will go well.

Beautiful condo with very nice ocean views. Christine was very gracious even when I called her late at night because I had lost my emails with the instructions for entry. Lots of added touches like beach chairs and bikes. It made for a lovely few days in Hilton Head!

Hilton Head getaway

Overall , a good place to stay with ocean view and easy access. Accessing regular TV was difficult. May want to upgrade the bikes. They are old and rickety and therefore somewhat dangerous. Overall, a strong recommendation.

Happy Grandparents

The pictures of this villa do not do it justice. The villa far exceeded our expectations and we could not have been more pleased. I am still amazed by the owner's creative use of space. The many small things (hooks on backs of doors, makeup vanity and chair, shelves) all made our stay very comfortable. Comfy bed and beautiful sunrise views. The owner, Charlene, was so very nice when my plans changed suddenly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. We love this villa and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Rent from Charlene. You will not be disappointed.

Do not be fooled by the picture from the terrace. It is completely photo shopped. I wont even go into the one she said she took from the couch. Buyer beware. This condo faces another one and u do get a view of the ocean but nothing like the picture. The condo itself was clean and I would say might fit 3 okay. Hilton head beach is clean and very nice and we enjoyed seeing the dogs on the beach. Its a pity that owners fib about their properties sometimes.

Disappointed

After somewhat of a hassle getting through the entrance gate we made it to our room. Tried to follow the long list of requests from Charlene… no parking pass to be found for our vehicle in the room.. that took time to settle. Unfortunately, the moment we entered our room there was such an overwhelming odor, which I believe was some sort of cleaning agent or sanitizer in the duct system. We tried airing room. We went to dinner and came back and the odor was still there. I had to sleep on the pull out sofa where the odor was less strong the first night. After I finally received a response from Charlene the following morning and a trip to urgent care( I am asthmatic) we were able to move rooms which I was grateful for. We once again loaded up our luggage transferred to new room… had to wait because there was a locksmith doing work. The rooms were both fine and if I had not had an issue with my asthma it would have been a great trip. I was under the weather the whole time. It was actually somewhat of a hassle just getting settled in there. Definitely could use an easier check in process. We were really disappointed. My spouse and I were there to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I have never once complained or asked for a room change in all of our years of traveling. I hope this issue was rectified before any other renters with respiratory issues arrive. I do appreciate Charlene allowing us to move rooms but if I were her I would’ve offered a discounted rate since we had such an awful experience. The only “ discount” she gave me was not making me pay for the cleaning of the room we stayed in the 1st night. What a disappointment.

The condo is in a great location. It is minutes from the beach, dining, and shopping. The condo complex was quiet. We never heard our neighbors to the side of us or above or below us. The condo owner was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.
