INDOOR POOL heated and Hot Tub total upgrade Outside pool is open all summer and has been upgraded Also have grills for grilling. This villa features 2 bedrooms, with 1 king bed in each ,a living room with patio off livg plus a second den /lvg rm area with a queen sleeper sofa perfect for young KIDS…which accommodates a total of 6 guest for the condo. THE CONDO HAS ALL NEW FLOORING NO CARPET NEW COUCH. NEW MICROWAVE OVER STOVE 2 new vanities in bathrooms The villa’s master bedroom bath has a new tiled walk-in with handicap rails and there is a second full bath with new vanity that services the 2nd bedroom and den. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate the most discerning of cooks. The dining area seats 6 guest plus there is a island bar that seats extra people adjacent to the dining area.. See pictures.
There is a patio balcony off the living room and a small balcony that adjoins the second bedroom.The guests have the use of the HEATED INDOOR POOL and HOT TUB located within the 5 story atrium as well as the OUTDOOR pool tennis and pickle ball courts in a lushly landscaped garden setting.

The location is ideal… only a short 10 minute walk to pristine Forest Beach and a 10 minute walk (or 4 minute bike ride) to a multiple array of dining and shopping options in the Coligney area of Forest Beach…the need for a car is certainly not a necessity when vacationing at Paradise 203. LIMIT 2 CARS. Beach chairs and wagon offered Sorry NO beach towels NEW. tennis and pickle ball courts at Oceanwalk .

The condo location in the building was terrific. It was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the large outdoor pool area. This property is an easy walk or bike to the beach. Our host was remarkable. She stayed in contact with us to confirm everything was as we expected. Overall, a terrific experience.

Accommodations were great. Very clean and well stocked with dishes and kitchen supplies. Disappointed though that there was no extra toilet tissue. It’s was very quite and close to beach. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Spacious and great location

We were very happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed and it was in a great location for getting to shops, beach and bike trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The condo has everything you need. Two independent master bedrooms make it ideal for four people. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops and Supermarket all within walking distance make it an ideal spot. Also a 5 minute walk to bike rentals. We particularly enjoyed playing golf at Shipyard CC a 5 minute drive

We had a wonderful stay! The place is walking distance to the beach and on a rainy day the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. My only feedback is that the checkout instructions be updated. They differed between the app, signs in the condo and the questbookcondinguestbook.

We had a great time here. Very easy to walk or ride bikes to many shops and restaurants. Bike rental on the same block! And so close to the beach. We also loved the layout of the apartment—the bedrooms felt like separate suites. Definitely recommend!

Condo was everything that was promised as advertised! This was our second time renting this unit and will definitely rent it again in the future! It was such a beautiful condo, and it was a short walk from the beach. The kitchen well equipped. The location was great, as it was just a short walk to Coligny plaza.

Great for two couples and our granddaughters. They loved the indoor pool.

Overall very nice stay. Good layout for us, our kids and grands. Not far from beach acess. Good amt of space for everyone. Appreciate the chairs and wagon.

Good location

Easy access to bike trails and beach. Paradise 203 was our home away from home for several weeks. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, since we weren’t going to restaurants! The owner was extremely responsive to our needs.
