Off Shore 63 is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom pet-friendly Palmetto Dunes home in a prime location on Hilton Head Island. High cathedral ceilings welcome you openly once you step into the entry foyer and continue your way to the open living room area. Furnished with a blue couch and matching loveseat, two cozy armchairs, a custom-built entertainment center housing a 52” flat television, a DVD, and even a CD player with surround sound, a decorative granite-finished fireplace (guests- use prohibited), and completed with views of the picturesque backyard. \*\*Fireplace is not for guest use.\*\* The wet bar sits just between the dining room and living room so that you will have plenteous space to create your favorite cocktails; add wine to the mounted wine rack and you are ready to entertain friends and family when they stop by. The dining room offers a coastal feel with its large wood table along with six matching, comfy chairs. Additional seating can be found in the sleek kitchen. There are two stools complementing the shiny, granite countertop and four more chairs surrounding the extended, custom-built, granite island. If you are not impressed by the island, then maybe the custom cabinetry to store all your groceries will, along with the all-black appliances to help you create your family's traditional vacation meals. Sliding glass doors lead to the picturesque backyard, with space to play a football game or two, lounge chairs to suntan while reading your favorite novel, a pool to cool down after lounging all day, and a hot tub to erase all your woes while relaxing your mind. It was spacious and floorplan was perfect for teenagers upstairs, adult couples downstairs. It has a fantastic working kitchen, and great size pool and patio. The house was an 8 minute bike ride to the beach and we took advantage of bike rentals. The neighborhood felt very safe. Property Maintenance promptly addressed needs with the pool. They showed up in the middle of the day on Sat while we were in it. They told us it would take a few hours to clean so we no longer enjoyed the pool that day. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, close to the ocean, shopping and dining. The ocean was not really walking distance, but you could access by bike or car. There were a few minor concerns that the property management resolved quickly, except for the hot tub not working. We had a wonderful time and made some awesome memories there. Overall cleanliness was good in the bedrooms and living room but 1 shower had long hairs on the walls and a lot on the drain. There were ants all over the kitchen and the dishwasher was infested with ants. The garbage had not been picked up, the cans were overflowing and bags of garbage were on the ground surrounding the cans. An animal had gotten into the bags on the ground and food was spread all around the cans. The pots and pans were peeling teflon so not safe to use. All the beds except the king were very soft without much support so most of us did not sleep comfortably. The pool did not appear very clean and black mold was on the patio and some of the outdoor furniture. We contacted the property manager who delivered 2 aluminum stock pots and some equally soft mattress toppers the day after arrival. Will not return. ##### Rebecca W. I would not advise anyone to deal with Sunset Rentals. These guys are charging a lot of money, and try to save every penny on service at the customer convenience expense. We rented the house for 6 days, 4 out of 6 days we did not have internet and TV. Property manager came several times on site - and could not find issues. They waited to call cable company to save on maintenance call. In the end the fix was very simple, and the outcome was that property manager didn't know where and how to fix. Sunset Rentals fail!! We arrived on Saturday, and pool was only cleaned on Wednesday. My kids didn't swim because it was full of leaves. Garage was locked up and when I called, they told me its not accessible, while it clearly stated it was on the rental description. Overall, Sunset Rentals screwed up my vacation big time. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the heated pool & spa were so nice to have right there in the backyard! We called about a couple minor issues (cracked toilet seat and maintenance for the pool), and both times they sent someone out right away to address the issue. The only complaint we have is that there was a bit of a bad smell in one of the downstairs bathrooms that we could never figure out. Not sure if it was plumbing/sewer related, or what... Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay! ##### William P.
