Welcome to 501 Queen's Grant in beautiful Palmetto Dunes!

This is a charming cottage style 2br/2ba villa. Upon entering, you are greeted with a large open living space with vaulted ceilings, light tan wood floors and lots of blue and green coastal accents. To the immediate right, you have the kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a pass thru window that looks out to the dining room where there is a nice wood table with seating for six. In the corner of the kitchen there is a stackable washer and dryer. Just beyond the dining area is the living room with a comfortable tan couch, two blue sea turtle chairs, two additional chairs and a 50" TV. From the living room you can walk right out to the back patio that has a round umbrella table for four, three additional chairs and a charcoal grill.

Behind the living room there is a bathroom and the two bedrooms. The bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. To the left is the guest room with one queen bed and one twin bed. To the right is the master bedroom that offers a king bed with coastal printed quilt, 32" TV and sliding doors out to the back patio. The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

501 Queen's Grant is a true gem and only a quick walk to the beach, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, and the general store!
