Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation. Close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants basically anything we wanted to do was close. The house was fabulous, had all the amenities we could ask for. The pool was perfect; the deck even had a Lock Screen on it so my 2yr old granddaughter couldn’t go down the steps to the pool. Very nice feature for us. Tami, the host was absolutely great to work with. Made sure I was aware of the check in and check out procedures. Was available anytime I had a question. We had 5 adults and 1 2yr old; plenty of space for all of us to be quite comfortable especially on those rainy afternoons. We had the best family vacation yet ! Thanks to Hilton Head, Tami and Vrbo!

Time to relax

We enjoyed our visit to HHI and this beautiful house! The house has a great layout and different spaces to relax. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in a pleasure. It was very easy to communicate with the owner before and during our stay and they were quick to respond to all communication. Easy to find and get to Harbor Town and the beach!

Summer Getaway

My family wanted to go on vacation together this year and decided on Hilton Head. The property we selected was large enough for 8 adults and allowed pets. It was in Sea Pines which is where we wanted to stay and was reasonable in price. The owner was very responsive from the beginning. She even checked on us during the storm while we were in HH. The property was spotless and had all the comforts of home. The outdoor area including the pool was amazing. I would highly recommend this home and would stay there again if we come back to HH.

Dog friendly fun

Looking for a place that was clean and friendly with animals. Teens were happy as well as fur babies. Great place to relax and enjoy your family, short bike ride to the beach and coffee. Lots of trails to explore. Each teen had their own bedroom for privacy and the adults could get away upstairs

Summer Getaway!

We enjoyed coming together as a family for a fun and relaxing vacation! It was a peaceful escape from the everyday business. Property location was perfect as it enabled us to be close to all the amenities the resort had to offer. We had a great time!!

Absolute relaxation and refreshment!

Three generation family (plus pet) looking for a chance to get away, slow down, and reflect surrounded by sun, sand, water, and nature. NAILED IT! This house was outstanding; Sea Pines plantation was outstanding; hostess Tami was outstanding; Hilton Head Island was outstanding; geesh — I’m going all in — South Carolina was outstanding! Tami’s home was so clean, spacious, and well-stocked that we never wanted to leave. She truly has created an extraordinary retreat. The linens deserve special mention. I typically bring my own pillows and towels (even when I know they are provided by the host) because I am a pillow and towel snob. I own it. No cheap, scratchy, or tiny towels here. No flat, shapeless pillows. No worn, pilled sheets. Just sumptuous, luxurious, generous sheets, towels, beach towels, blankets, and pillows aplenty. The beds and all the furniture, inside and out, were crazy comfortable. The kitchen is stocked for every need, even platters and serving-ware for family-style meals. I usually bring my own knives, too - no need; Tami’s cutlery is — you guessed it — outstanding! The yard, rear deck, and pool are even more beautiful and private feeling than photos do justice to. I had some concerns about the close proximity of other homes with my curious, sometimes incorrigible, dog, but the yard, though not fenced, is surrounded by tall, lush trees and landscaping that blocks both sight and most sound from the neighboring properties. The cul-de-sac where the house is perfectly located within Sea Pines was beautiful. We biked to the stables, the beach club, the nature preserve, and Harbourtown. And we enjoyed the starlit sky every evening from the deck - there is little to no light pollution in Sea Pines. This home was designed to bring the family together in the open, free-flowing living, dining, cooking, and gathering spaces. And a note about Tami as a host - she sent timely, helpful communications and provided simple, useful instructions for everything, from the spa to the TV remotes. She gave us great recommendations on places to eat, bike rentals, and more. It really made for a relaxing, stress-free vacation in beautiful surroundings. I would enthusiastically recommend this property, and I would stay here again. It was worth every penny and every minute spent…

Excellent home

Plenty of space, four large bedrooms. Ample seating for everyone to hang out together in the main living area. Two recliners plus two recliners built into the couch as well. Gorgeous surroundings. Sea Pines is the best part of the entire island. Wonderful host, very easy to work with. Definitely a five star home and experience.

Excellent layout, very responsive host!

Traveled with my family and my infant daughter. The layout of the house is perfect for 3 couples, plus the twin bedroom for kids/singles. The house is convenient to everything in Sea Pines, was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was a nice bonus, but make sure to light the provided citronella candles because the mosquitoes here are relentless (although, that's just typical for summers in the South, especially at the beach). We had some issues with the AC, but the host was EXCEPTIONAL at getting technicians out and resolving the issues very quickly. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about how impressed and grateful I am for her efforts to keep us comfortable during our stay. She also sent very clear and helpful check-in/out instructions and recommendations for restaurants and activities on the island.

Great house!

This is a great house and very well stocked with everything you need on vacation! The house was super clean on arrival. Tami made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to questions. The yard is beautiful with a great pool. In hindsight I wish we would’ve paid for heat for the spa and pool. Even though it was August, a heated spa tub would’ve been nice at night. The house is a good distance from the beach but not a problem with the bikes we rented along with one that had a beach cart for chairs and supplies. Overall highly recommend this house.

Great place to experience Hilton Head

A wonderful place to stay to get to get to know the vibe of Hilton Head. The house was comfortable and roomy for 2 families of 4. We enjoyed the bike to the beach and opportunity to unwind at the pool and hot tub. Tami was very prompt in responding to any questions and a welcoming host. Thank you for a great time!

Had a great time!

The property was lovely and clean. We had everything we needed, including plenty of room for 3 teens and 3 adults and our dog. Definitely a plus having a private pool, which felt secluded with the tree line around the back yard. Our grandkids appreciated the pool toys and pool noodles that were provided. Tami was an absolute joy to work with. She was quick to respond to every single question we had, no matter what time of day or night, and we had a lot of them! She even took the time to research some shelters that we could donate our unused/left-over food to at the end of our stay. She was an excellent communicator before and during our stay, and provided very clear information, which has been lacking in other properties we have rented in the past. We have always said we wished property owners would include brochures for restaurants in the area, as well as things to do, directions to the beach, etc. Over the many many years of us renting various properties across different states, Tami was the first property owner who did all of this and even sent us a treat box which our grandkids were super excited to receive during the week of our stay. Close to everything

We normally stay right on the ocean, but decided last minute to find a home with a heated pool over Spring Break. The owners were very friendly and helpful, fixing a broken toilet handle the same day. They even did nice extra touches like sending us and the dog snacks. The only negative is the Beach Club severely limits guests now, even when it was a cold day and the lot was a quarter full. Luckily we love Coligny and just went there instead. If you’re looking for a private spot with nice owners, this is the place.

Spring Break 2022

The homeowner was wonderful! She was quick to respond to any question I had prior to the trip and was so helpful when we arrived and the code to get in wasn't working. She also let us check in early which was awesome after a 16 hour drive. The only reason I gave "cleanliness of property" 3 stars is because the backyard, including the pool, was full of leaves. Every morning my husband got up and swept the deck, the patio and used the pool net to clean the pool. However, within minutes, leaves would fall with the slightest wind. Maybe spring is a windier time? We also would've liked more sun in the backyard throughout the day. Overall, it was very nice.

Beach fun!!

Loved our stay at this place!! Ive been coming to Hilton Head for 3 decades and this is my favorite place I have stayed , absolutely beautiful, my family wants to come back here every year now.The house was immaculate and is in the perfect spot! Highly recommend, Tami and Patrick are great hosts!
