This beautiful seaside escape is walking distance to The Tiki Hut, restaurants, boutiques, bars, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, and numerous outdoor attractions. Large pool with abundance of lounge chairs and barbeque area with tables and chairs. Private access to beach and shower station. One minute walk to pool, 2 minutes to one of most beautiful white sand beaches on Hilton Head Island (Coligny).
2 bedroom, 2 bath, naturally lit open floor plan sleeps 6 comfortably. 1st floor location means no waiting for elevator. Kitchen has quartz countertops, new high end stainless appliances, counter height table and chairs, coffee center with Keurig and drip coffee maker. Villa is fully stocked with all new furnishings, one of the few units with in unit washer/dryer (additional laundry on each floor). Living area and both bedrooms have smart TV’s for streaming. Villa has high speed internet and cable. Charming patio with views of the ocean with access from living room and master suite. Master suite has king bed and bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has extra long twin over queen bunk and separate bath. Hop on the free Breeze Trolley outside the complex gate. Located on the bike path and a bike rack is on the property.
