Relaxing stay in quiet location near the beach

Our group of 13 found this home to be very comfortable for the 5 family groups who came together for a great vacation on an island we've been to many times before. Spacious accommodations, nice pool and spa, the elevator made it easier to haul suitcases up a couple of flights, and the short walk to the beach was popular for all.

Family fun in the sun

The house was perfect for all 14 of us, ages from 4 to 76. Private and quiet yet close enough to all the places on the island to go and see.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful week with many walks on the beach. Weather good have been better though finished with a magnificent beach day. Kids loved the spa. Very well appointed kitchen which was much appreciated.

Amazing Family Vacation

This home was in a great location and very well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Everything was 100 accurate on the listing and close to everything you needed and wanted to do. We would surely recommend this home to anyone. This home treated our family to a very memorable vacation.

It was great

It was a great location, a few steps from the beach, not far from Coligny. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of beach gear. Great pool and hot tub. Overal nice stay very clean and I would recommend it.

Best Weekend Getaway

The location of this house is perfect- a very short walk to the beach with all beach chairs & 2 wagons supplied in the garage (so convenient). Only about a mile from Coligny, plenty of parking, & the pool/patio area is so nice! Our group of 20 had the best weekend getaway, could not have asked for a better time.

We all loved our stay!

Everything from the well-decorated home to the cleanliness to all the additional amenities were great at 1 Capri Lane. We had 14 family members for the week, ages 2 1/2 to 75 years old. Everyone were very happy there and had a wonderful time.

Capri 1 was the perfect home for our group’s vacation! The home was beautifully decorated ,spotless and well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable! Located near the beach and shopping area it was by far our best vacation and our group voted to return next year We have been vacationing to Hilton Head for many years and this is winner!

1 Capri Lane was absolutely amazing!

Everything was perfect! We rented this beautiful home for a family vacation!!! Would definitely return and stay at this home again!!! Everything was just perfect for our family! Great Vacation!

I hesitate to write this review, but only because I know this place will get booked quickly. Everything about this home was wonderful - location, size, proximity to ocean, pool, hot tub, kitchen set up, and owner communication. Well maintained, spacious rooms and dining areas, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pool area and nice to have a second refrigerator on lower level . Easy walk to the beach, especially with the wagons to assist to carry chairs, etc. Property manager responsive to any questions and pleasant to work with. so happy to have chosen this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren!

Another 5 Star Experience!!

We are repeat guests….12 very mature women, friends since the 60’s. We come back because the property could not be more perfect….the beach, the pool and hot tub, the deck and lots of space for gathering or having quiet moments. And Fred, the property manager could not be more responsive when needed.

Excellent experience

Jim was very easy to contact, answer questions and make a quick repair. Property is absolutely beautiful and close to beach. Lots of beach toys. Very roomy for our 5 married kids and their kids. We heated the pool and were thankful since there were cool nights. Kitchen is well stocked (even with spices). Refrigerator in basement very helpful. Basement also helpful for 8-11 year old boys to play. Overall beautiful and well maintained. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would certainly enjoy staying again.

Multigenerational family trip

The property was great for the entire family from grandparents, adult children and grandkids. The property was everything that was posted and the pictures were accurate. We were there for an entire week and our stay at 1 Capri Lane . The living space was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was definitely the hang out area from sun up to sun down. The ocean was so close in proximity so we were back and forth multiple times a day. The only thing for sleeping that would have made it better was better shades on the bedroom windows. Our family of 16 would recommend this property for everyone.

Great family vacation house

We loved our stay at 1 Capri. Jim was quick with responses during our planning stage. The house was exactly as described. It was clean comfortable and plenty of room for our group. We had 17 of us from grandparents (2), parents (6), young adults (4) to teenagers (5). Having not vacationed in a single house before we were very concerned with bedrooms, sizes of beds and layout. 1Capri worked perfect. Air conditioning the last week of July was also a concern - the dual zone was perfect. The pool and beach were great. Restaurants stores are close by. Jim Thanks for sharing your home!

Perfect Location for Hilton Head

The property is ideally located. We had 8 adults and 8 teenagers celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. Our teens enjoyed biking to Coligny shopping and getting shaved ice and fishing on the beach. The beach is so convenient, just a 3 minute walk. Easy to run back to the house. Both the property owner and manager were easy to work with and quick to respond. One suggestion is to bring eye shades. Each room has windows with no coverings (small ones above the larger windows) that let in light at all times. For our early risers it was no problem 😊. I would highly recommend staying at 1 Capri!

Best Ever Rental

This was our second stay at 1 Capri Lane (myself, 5 daughters and 3 sons-in-law). We thought it was a beautiful home three years ago but Jim's renovations made it even more so. Fred, the property manager, is a gem. The air conditioning on the main level went out and Fred had it taken care of in a few hours. Jim is a very responsive owner and takes suggestions to heart and does something about them!!!!! I hope we can return to Hilton Head Island sometime in the future and would certainly stay there again. I don't think you could find a nicer environment.

Amazing family vacation!

We had the BEST time on our first trip to Hilton Head staying at 1 Capri. The pool was absolutely perfect for our group (which included 9 kids ages 2-10), and the bedroom setup was great in allowing the adults to socialize after the kids went to bed without worrying about waking them up. The access to the pool was our one worry going in, since we didn’t know the setup, and we were so relieved to know the kids had more than just one door to exit before being able to reach the water (main door, screened in porch door, AND pool gate). With some mischievous toddlers, we were definitely a bit concerned initially but it was perfect. A few minor issues we had during the stay were resolved quickly as Fred and James were both extremely responsive. With the large family that we have this is the first time we have been able to have a vacation like this all in one house, and we made some amazing memories. We have already talked about coming back!!

Fun Family Getaway

We had our entire immediate family for a fun family week long beach vacation. This included Grandpa, Grandma, their 3 daughters, the 3 daughters husbands and a total of 10 children age ranging from 14 down to 1.5 yr olds. The entire family really enjoyed the property, its location, and the space in the home. There was a small issue with a bathroom leak that started before we arrived and after a visit from the plumber all seemed to be okay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and cozy. The pool was on the small side but plenty big enough for what we wanted. Unfortunately the Hot Tub comes at an extra expense so we passed on the use of heating it. The ping pong table was a fun evening activity, though the paddles were in bad shape, for a place this nice I'd like to see nicer equipment, especially since the table itself is nice. The location was great, we stayed in the same area in the past so we had an idea of what to expect, but shops and gas station are within a short bike ride, the beach is a short walk with private beach access. The owner and property manager were both nice, great communicators, and for the most part accommodating. We weren't able to get early check in which is something we usually look for, especially in Hilton Head where getting on the island in the afternoon can be difficult. Overall the entire family was happy and had a great time at 1 Capri.

Idyllic

We are a group of 12 women who have been vacationing together for the last 35 years. This is the only place that we have ever returned to. The location, house layout, pool, beach access etc. cannot be beat. Owner and property manager are easy to work with when needed. Highly recommend!!

We have stated many places at Hilton Head we really liked the house it was laid out nice and very family friendly. Great access to the beach and the bike ride to the shops and a restaurant without have to drive was wonderful. The communication with the manager was great. She was very friendly would stay again . Awesome Family Vacation

We loved this house. We used every room and everyone was very comfortable. The pool, spa, and deck were used every day and there were daily beach visits as well. It's the perfect beach for a walk. We dined in most of the time and were happy with all the kitchen had to offer. The dining room table accommodated 10 very comfortably, but we fit 13 adults one evening. The weather was gorgeous!
