Take in the beautiful surroundings of Hilton Head Island by fishing in the lagoons, soaking up the sun at the beach just walking distance from you villa, or playing tennis with friends and family at the Vander Meer Tennis center.

This rental has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation with a fully stocked sleek and modern kitchen, a patio that overlooks the breathtaking golf course, and flat screen TV's in every room to enjoy movie nights with friends and family while on vacation.

The Pickleball and Tennis courts will be temporarily closed from April 22nd to May 6th, 2025 for scheduled maintenance and renovations

Perfect!

We loved our stay. The house was just as pictured and clean. Only a 10 min walk to beach or 5 min bike ride. Coligny Plaza 5 min drive or 15 min bike. We brought our two 60 lb dogs. Such a dog friendly community and they loved being on the beach. Thank you for allowing dogs, it wouldn’t be vacation without them. We will book again. Definitely recommend!

Perfect family vacation destination!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and this property was everything we could have asked for! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants and activities. We loved getting to know the local wildlife and riding our bikes everywhere! The property itself was clean and included all of the amenities we needed to make this the perfect family vacation!

Perfect Location

My wife and I enjoyed biking and walking on the beach in the mornings and evenings. The location of the townhouse is second to none on the island. Near trails, beach restaurants and shopping. Great time and very relaxing!

We were very pleased with the location and condition of this property. It was very appealing and exceed our expectations. We would love to stay there again. Great relaxing place for our family trip

Great location, in the middle of tons of things from restaurants to mini golf. You can ride your bike all over without getting in your car. The place was clean, had a quiet deck to relax on in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!

Very Nice

We had a great time! The toaster didn't work, and we couldn't get the TV in the living room to work. It was a 13 minute walk to the beach, but only a few minutes to drive there. It was very clean, except I stepped on a small piece of glass in the kitchen when we got there, so we swept the floor and there was quite a bit of dog hair left on the floor from previous renters. Other then that we had a great time. The pool was very close and the lagoon view off the back deck was really nice too! We would stay here again, it was very nice!
