“When I entered the lobby, it said to ring the bell, so I did. No response or nothing and the bell was more of the thud than a ring, so I did it again. The Yelled Response was "Just a minute" The hotel was clean and there appeared to be some amenities; but it is old and needs updated. I think you can find better hotels. Also do not confuse this with the Best Wester of the same name. Why is up with that anyhow?”

“Staff was very open about remodeling but it didnt affect us at all. Fun town to visit. Walking distance to downtown. Tap room, food trucks”

“Every thing was clean and well taken care of, but the room smelled a little to strong like it was trying to cover up something.”

“Cute place. Very clean. Had all the usual utensils and such. Very pet friendly. Will stay there next time we’re in Burns.”

“The exterior was filthy and could have used a spraying down with a hose or at least a broom sweeping outside the door. The breakfast was pitiful for choice of items etc.”
