“Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. ”

“There was no hot water, there were spiders behind the door that looked like they had been there a while. They were dead, and my spouse is arachnophobic. Half of the doors didn't work, the pool is still a work in progress and when we originally checked in, ourselves and two other couples had to come back and have door keys reprogrammed. The fire pit and the view were nice amenities. However, no hot water is a big No-No for us. And the room was just okay. As we were told, the hotel is under new……

He said he would discuss it with the only people that were within a mile of the property and ask them to not do fireworks. They did fireworks and they were only 50 yards from us!! “I came in to town for a quick trip and just needed a place for one night, close to town. The cabins were easy to find and the manager texted me clear and easy directions to follow. “We stayed during 4th of July and the fireworks show from the condo pool area was a perfect spot to watch. The location of the condo is the best. So close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The rec area was a nice bonus for the kids and even us adults. You're never too old for the pool tables, ping pong or the claw game. The condo unit was perfect for our 2 adults and 2 children. Great communication with Belinda. We would definitely stay there again.”
