Such a beautiful cabin, inside and out! We loved our stay and the fireplace was such a nice treat on the cold fall nights! :) Plus they had cute gift / souvenirs to buy like stickers, totes, and coffee mugs!
Our family thoroughly enjoy our stay. A great place to relax and enjoy the quiet mountain atmosphere but also a nice drive to the local attractions. Hosts were helpful with directions and communication was good
This cabin is so beautifully designed and worked perfectly for a weekend away from DC. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, the living room was so cozy, and we had a wonderful time. We hope to stay again when it warms up!
Great property with so many nice features. Property manager was so great with communication. Great kitchen, great decor and awesome service make this an awesome get away.
This is a lovely cabin very near some beautiful hiking spots. The hosts were very attentive and easy to reach. The cabin is truly peaceful and a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
We stayed there for a JMU football weekend and it was perfect for our family's needs. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated/furnished. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back.
Nice place with cabin charm. Everything was clean and cozy. I think it would be a great place to stay in any season of the year. Remote location, but a quick drive to restaurants in the city. Hope to go again!
Property was great! It was clean and had everything I needed. Plenty of good walking trails around the area. Hosts were very accommodating and had great communication. 5/5 stay!
Cozy, well-appointed cabin with plenty of outdoor gathering spaces. Fantastic screened in porch. Properly owners/ managers put great effort into ensuring we had an enjoyable stay.
Extremely clean , well-stocked, quiet cabin within short distance of fantastic hiking. Great outdoor spaces for morning coffee or evening marshmallows! Our hosts were very responsive but not intrusive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful few days..stayed 2 nights and 3 days and was a trip for my daughter's 12th birthday. It is truly a cabin in woods on a mountain..as city apartment renters we really enjoyed the privacy and quietness. We hope to be back! Great cabin!
This is definitely a place to consider if looking for a rustic getaway, willing to experience all that nature has to offer, and yet still want some of the finer comforts of home, including great water/indoor plumbing, fast internet and TV streaming, and a gas fireplace.
Took my wife and 3-month-old here for a two night stay. We loved the cozy feel and the gas fireplace was a winner. Everything was clean and really well curated. Appreciate the attention to detail. Looking forward to coming back!
Lovely setting in the woods, so cute and cozy from the inside and the outside! My friends were visiting and this was the perfect sized cabin, all nicely stocked as well. Great communication with hosts! Would definitely rent again :)
Had a lovely time at Golden Ridge Cabin. Great amenities & groovy decor. Far enough to be a great getaway, but close to so many fun & interesting things to do. Communication with host was seamless. Hope to visit again.
My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 days during spring break. The cabin is beautiful and fully stocked with extra amenities to make it feel like home. The screened in porch was great for relaxing and we enjoyed the hammock. The kitchen is a good size, beds were very comfortable, the living room was spacious. We highly recommend this property! Kurtis was very attentive as well making sure we had everything we needed.
Did a quick fishing trip with my son. This cabin was very comfortable for the two of us and we looked forward to relaxing in comfort in the evenings. The ambience was just perfect for our little getaway!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rustic cabin in the mountains. It had all the modern conveniences we needed; fully stocked kitchen to do all your cooking, peaceful deck overlooking the mountains while listening to the birds singing, screened porch with hammock and chairs, cozy bedrooms, clean bathroom…

Cozy, comfortable, and clean cabin. Well equipped with all necessities. My husband & I liked that it was away from town and off a literally beaten path LoL. Communication before and during stay was perfect!
The experience was superior to most accommodations available. Large rooms, clean floors and all the necessities of life. Amazingly close to the city to be so remote.
What a lovely cabin only 15-20 minutes from Harrisonburg. The cabin is rustic (in the way you want a cabin to be rustic) with so many charming details- from the little coffee nook to the outdoor string lights. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We hope to book again!
