The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.

사진을 찍어두지 못한게 아쉽지만, 올라와 있는 사진 그대로. 먼지도 없이 깨끗 정리된 객실 이었어요. 침구, 배게. 모두 편안했고.
너무 조용했어요.
조금 넓은 객실 예약했어요.
가족모두 5명 방문했는데, 일본에서 화장실 2개 호텔 찾기 어려운데. . 화장실 2개, 욕실1개, 세면대 2개, 세탁/건조기 1개, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 식기, 인덕션, 드라이기, 넉넉히 준비해주신 수건, 칫솔, 샤워용품, 식탁, TV, 공기청정기, 에어컨, 넉넉한 콘센트. 호텔 이용관련 거울겸 커뮤니티 안내 등등!!
아무것도 없이 방문해도 편안할 호텔입니다. 단지, 제가 방문했을때가 한국의 연휴라. 후쿠오카 어디든 호텔 가격이 평상시 0.5~2배까지도 했었다는점. 아쉬웠지만. 어쩔수 없었다는거. 잘 알아요.
라인을 통해서 호텔과 계속 소통했고, 편리했어요.
한국과 다른점.은 일본 모든 대부분의 호텔은 물이 없어요~ 한국분들은 근처 편의점에서 물만 사오시면 되요~
위치도 너무 좋았고. 마지막날 아쉬웠던 후쿠오카 여행 이었어요. 다음번에 또 오게 된다면,민하카타 이스트. 로 갈께요~

室内はとても綺麗でした～
お風呂風呂自動、おいだきあり
入室の際、玄関扉を開けるのに理解しにくくて苦労しました。
誰かぎ出てきて取り敢えず入室してからゆっくり考えて検証しました～
ヨーク考えればわかるのですが早く入りたくて！！
博多駅から15分ちょっと歩くのが苦にならなければ快適です。
タクシーも利用しました。

混んでると1200円越えてました
