The pull out couch was broken and we had asked to have someone look at it Saturday while we were out but maintenance didn't make it by to fix. We just shoved the pillows back up under to prop it up. We were comp'd a free breakfast which was nice. Everyone was wonderful and I wish I remembered her ...

This hotel is old, which is fine, but at least clean the glass, dust the baseboards, clean fingerprint smudges off the door frames and elevators. Small things would make a big difference.
