Messy reception, disorganized staff, not very friendly. Room was clean but dim, no windows. Noisy because thin walls and ceilings. Not a restful stay. One and done.

We had seen multiple reviews that said the resort rooms need updating. We didn’t think that at all. The rooms were big and spacious. We loved all the extra activities that were offered for our sons. Amelia was great! Very kind and friendly. We definitely would recommend still waters resort to our friends and family, and hope to come back in the future 🙌

I still haven’t got my deposit back and it’s been 2days later. Also very very weird they have a sign in your room that if you use the soap you will be charged who charges for soap that’s ridiculous you can’t even wash your hands because they will charge you for soap
