Friendly staff. Building is very run down. Paint in rooms pealing. Tiles in bathroom have years of buildup. Sheets were very cheap. Pillows were cheap. AC was loud, with broken parts.

Loved the hotel, super nice and clean! Felt like home away from home!

The hotel was so amazing for us. Staff was accommodating and helped us immensely. The restaurant for breakfast and the roof top wil keep you coming back. We will try to stay there as much as we can while in Chicago.. Lester and Luis at the restaurants need a bonus. They kept the breakfast crowd well organized.

My family (of 4) stayed 5 days/4 nights. The room had a beautiful view. The room itself was very nice too! Front desk staff were nice and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the housekeeping. We requested more towels because only 3 towels were in the bathroom, and we needed one more. It took a long time for it to be sent to our room. We had to request 4 towels every time, which was annoying. Also, there were 2 days our room was not cleaned, even after we requested housekeeping. Other than that, the hotel itself was great. We ate at the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner on occasion. The surrounding area was beautiful and picturesque. We would stay at Sable Hotel again!
