DON’T STAY HERE. We were given the wrong door code so couldn’t get in until a person in another room was coming out so we were able to get in. The shower had no screen so flooded the bathroom floor and was quite slippery also the door wouldn’t close. They didn’t show a photo of the building as it was a dirty pink and quite shoddy- instead they put a picture of a church in Sofia. One of the blockout blinds was missing. There was supposed to be tea bags and instant coffee provided but there was none. The front desk was rarely open and in the building next door. Very unsatisfactory.

I picked this place due to the location, it's walking distance to the city centre, metro and airport. The staff on arrival was very friendly, upgraded me to a nicer room as the guest in my reserved room hadn't checked out. The accommodation was decorated really nicely with retro/vintage decor. The staff also left a nice birthday treat in my room, it was such a lovely surprise. Very thoughtful of them. The bed was so comfortable, I slept for 10hrs after a hiking on the Rila mountains, just what I needed. The stay here made my birthday weekend extra special. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Value for money, especially considering that buffet breakfast was included and quite good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the hotel is just a few blocks from the main shopping streets, making it a convenient location.

The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!
