“Our room was spacious and clean; however, the shower was very tight. The location was great as there are many good places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around after dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Ngoc Linh. Highly recommended!”

“The hôtel is very comfortable , the breakfast is very good , the room is clean , except for the tiny water bottle which seems to be too small for a customer in a hot country , I think a bigger water bottle is not much more expensive for your hotel , but it gives a better impression of your hotel (4 * hotel) . “My stay was comfortable with a good sized room, the room was clean and in good condition. I was a tourist not on business and there was a good level of noise from the corridors early in the morning. I used the spa which was a good service but the pool area was a bit of a building site so I wasn’t comfortable using it as there were no loungers or parasols but that’s my only gripe on the hotel and once the pool is operational I would consider staying again.”
