“Actually I never got to Vietnam because the Vietnamese embassy did my visa incorrectly and they didn't put my middle name on it. I guess technically it was my fault. But I'm a very literal person and it only asked for my first name and my family name. Even though I'd given them a copy of my passport. So the airline wouldn't let me get onto the airplane. It was too late to cancel the booking for this hotel even though I would have loved to have stayed there and I would love to have had a holiday....

"Es un scam. El edicifio que nos dieron NO es el que se anuncia, ni es de lujo, ni está en Landmark 81, ni tiene la calidad ni los servicios anunciados. Contactamos con la propiedad y nos confirmaron que tienen varios apartamentos en varios edificios, pero que no tenien disponible el anunciado (obviamente no lo tenian, porque engañan a la genta con publicidad engañosa). Por otra parte, estivimos solo 1 de las 4 noches, porque llegamos tarde, y nos dejamos unos zapatos que no nos quisieron devolver y se los quedaron. Conclusión, una estafa, a evitar. Lamentable y muy triste que esten todavía activos en Hotels.com, Carlos"
