It has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds. The house provides all kinds of necessities, including an air conditioner, NBN network, and smart tv with a nice internet speed to have a movie night. This versatile home would suit a family/friend group to immerse themselves in the casual laid back holiday break :) The Space: Flooded with light and warmth this architecturally designed home is both stunningly beautiful yet brilliantly functional and would suit a family wishing to immerse themselves. The living room is bright and equipped with a smart TV, The air conditioner can quickly heat up/cool down the entire living room, and the NBN network speed is very fast you can have a warm family gathering. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, etc. House Layout: Bedroom 1) Queen bed Bedroom 2) Queen bed Bedroom 3) Queen bed Also, for families traveling with babies, please let us know so we can arrange the baby cot and high chair for your travel. Only 10km to Hobart city and Salamanca Market, and 10km to Hobart Airport. This is the perfect spot to enjoy yourself in Hobart! Guest Access: Guests have the entire house to themselves for their stay and are encouraged to make themselves at home. Self-check-in is available so guests can access the property via a key lockbox. Too heavily reliant on technology. I wasn't even sure we had the property which had been paid for well in advance till we arrived. I will not be using stayz again when hiring a property. Watch out for the slope driving in and out of the driveway as it is steep and our car bottom front and back scraped the road tarmac. I suggest making a note for future renter or a sign on the property lawn to warn drivers.On the plus side: the views from the living area are great.
