"Nice small hotel. Staff friendly Reception staff not too helpful. Could be better. Breakfast is buffet style. Same every morning. Food supposed to be warm is cold. Can't see why they can't keep it warm. Have the facilities to do it. Fruit juice watery. Italian restaurant a bit expensive. Pizza not very good. Pool nice and clean. Biggest plus point of the hotel. "Hotel very close to old Quarter for shopping and dining. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing place to spend the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was great with good selection. Room was lovely, very spacious with own balcony overlooking pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"A very pretty hotel with wonderful views of Old Hoi An and the river. Very well located with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Quite a good size pool to cool off in and a lovely balcony out the front for drinks in the evening. We stayed in river view rooms but were on level two so the views were a little obscured by the balcony room below. If booking a river view room I would suggest asking for level three or four."

The Riverside Whitehouse has the best location, quiet with gorgeous view of the boats at night but only a short walk to the action in the old town. "Located just outside Ancient town, within a few minutes walk. Small and simple 4 story walk-up, but it does have a dumbwaiter for luggages to bring up and down. Room is tight, price is right. No breakfast offered at location. Bus/cars are able to pickup/drop off right in front. Staff were able to accommodate our very early check-in."
