"Great location, opposite the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. Convenience store and pharmacy pretty much next door. If using Grab, plenty of space for them to pick up and drop off. Breakfast was plentiful. Restaurant on top level next to the pool also served great meals at reasonable prices too if you wanted to stay in for dinner. View from my partial ocean view room was lovely. I did not have a balcony but my window opened for fresh air. Staff organised transport for me to Hoian, showed me how to use the Grab app and organised a packed breakfast for my early morning departure for the airport. Pool was refreshing and spotlessly clean. As per most of the hotels in the area there are a number of stairs from street level to the foyer. There are two good sized lifts inside for room access. I felt very safe and well looked after and thought the cost was very very reasonable. "

"We loved staying at the M Hotel 🏨 it's paying for the ocean front room to wake up every morning to the sun rice. The rooftop pools are amazing. The buffet breakfast was self serve and had a good selection. The only thing missing was just made Vietnamese coffee that we loved throughout our trip. Across the street is the beach club Maia which was really nice and at the beach entry there were surfing lessons stand. We loved staying here and the hotel is like 1 year old."

"The staff was very nice and accommodating. Any issues that arise were solved immediately. The hotel is nicely decorated practically and well maintained. The pool was closed for remodeling so we used the one on the next hotel that is actually same floor and connected. Breakfaat with huge selection. Dinner at 36 floor was tasty and nice atmosphere"
