“The hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was clean, comfortable and had a lake view. The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. “Zimmer sehr sauber. Reinigungspersonal Top. Kellner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen könnte besser sein. Sehr viel gekochtes und geschmortes. 3 mal Abend gegessen, kein einziges Mal was paniertes. Aussenpool ist jetzt wärmer, dafür war das Heilbecken und der Aussenjacuzzi etwas kälter. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. ”

“Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...
