Welcome to Marsh Mellow, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom soundfront home in Surf City where you can enjoy the best of both sides of Topsail Island. Relax on the sound, walk to the beach using the home's private beach access directly across the road, and end your day watching the sunset from your private dock.

Sleeping up to 9 guests, Marsh Mellow is designed for families and groups looking for space, comfort, and easy access to the water. The home features two king suites, a queen bedroom, a full-and-twin bedroom, an elevator serving all floors, multiple waterfront decks, a fire pit, and a hot-water outdoor shower.

tart your morning with coffee overlooking the sound, spend the afternoon enjoying the beach, then come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Later, gather around the fire pit, head down to the private dock to fish or crab, or simply relax and watch the sun set over the water. With both the sound and beach just steps away, every day at Marsh Mellow can be as active or relaxing as you want it to be.

The top floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room with beautiful sound views. Cook a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table, enjoy a board game, or step onto the waterfront deck to take in the view. The home also offers Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, parking, and a private elevator serving all floors. EV charging is available for an additional $50 fee (may need to bring your own adapter.)

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed with private ensuite bathroom, a full bed and twin bed, a queen bed, and a king bed with private ensuite bathroom. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to settle in and enjoy their stay.

Outside, you'll have a private soundfront dock, private beach access directly across the road, waterfront decks, a fire pit, and an enclosed hot-water outdoor shower. Whether you're fishing from the dock, relaxing on the deck, enjoying a beach day, or gathering around the fire pit at sunset, you'll have plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors without ever having to leave the property.

When you're ready to explore, Marsh Mellow is close to Surf City's restaurants, breweries, shops, fishing piers, golf, bike rentals, seafood markets, and other Topsail Island attractions. Spend the day exploring the island and come home to your own peaceful waterfront retreat.
