Communication from hosts was perfect. There were loads of beach towels, a really nice washer and dryer, super comfortable and sturdy porch furniture, grilling supplies, and lots of beach chairs. There was plenty of space indoors and out. The hot tub was a plus as were the spacious decks overlooking the ocean. The huge washer and dryer were convenient also. My daughter had a great time playing the piano one evening during a rainy stormy night. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is perfect if you like to see the sunrise from the front deck. Private beach access was a huge plus. I gathered my family for a reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone! Right on the beach. Plenty of things to do if you get tired of those gorgeous views. The house has lots of space for kids and adults to hang out inside or outside on either of the decks, both of which have great ocean views. Stocked with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and several beach chairs and toys. Foosball table was a plus! We love Topsail Island and this location was convenient to restaurants in Surf City and Topsail Beach — by car and bicycle. It was wonderful to be right on the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the deck watching the ocean. The house was perfect for our college reunion long weekend.
