The only downsides were the elevator, roaches, and dirty old linens in the closet. Upon arrival, the elevator was stuck between floors, luckily Ward Realty was on site and able to fix it. We got one trip up and down, and then it wouldnt work again. At night, sitting on the back deck, roaches were crawling in and out of the cracks constantly. This made the back deck pretty unappealing for nighttime. They were pretty large too. I only had to kill one in the master bedroom. In the downstairs closet there was a bag of dirty linens clearly labeled 6/14/25 stating one of the bunk bed comforters was peed on. Pretty gross that it has been sitting there this whole time. Other than that, the kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, but extremely thick, make sure you bring extra deep pocket sheets. The driveway was nice, room for 5 cars. The views were incredible, and being right on the beach was priceless. Vitamin Sea was clean and provided an open layout to the deck overlooking the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and the beds were comfy.
