"Great location. Majority of the staff were attentive and helpful, only one person at reception who operated on autopilot and seemed less interested or personable than others. Amenities were often occupied by non-resident gym members & what seemed to be school swim teams, so not always available for use by hotel guests. Location cannot be beaten for quiet but convenient to local cafes, bars, restaurants, retail and excellent transit options, without the crowds and craziness of downtown Vancouver....
