Every staff member has been a pleasure to work with. We were given a corner room with a beautiful view and a 2 pm late checkout. There is a plethora of Super restaurants and shopping nearby and the sauna and pool were perfect after a long day. Will definitely recommend to others and return on next trip to Vancouver!

The Hyatt is my preferred stay as it is so conveniently located. If coming in from YVR, take the skytrain to Vancouver Central and its a short walk to your hotel. I've done this with a couple of pieces of luggage and its easy. There are lots of food and shopping options in the area and very close to the waterfront as well. They have a very efficient elevator system, a gym, pool and the rooms are comfortable.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location. Chair massages in the spa are excellent. Bed was not comfortable at all, shower water pressure was low (20th floor), and no food options/availability after 10:30pm is an issue. Small things but for a Hyatt and the modern tech vibe, these couple of things being improved would make a big difference.
