6 rooms/2 bathrooms home! This home is sure to please and you will feel right at home in the large living and dining area for family gatherings. The living areas overlook the backyard with plenty of space to enjoy outdoor Florida living. Open kitchen featuring granite countertops and breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances. Large family room/Den that has access to the backyard. The backyard is an entertainers dream with the beautiful pool, outdoor solar shower area, great yard space and side yard for a boat. Conveniently located with easy access to the main roadways.  
  
\*\* A fee of $25 / guest / night for groups over 8 guests is already includes on your total charge.  
WE CAN HOST LARGE GROUPS - JUST ASK US ABOUT OUR PRICING OPTIONS!  
  
Events and parties allowed for an EVENT FEE \~ please clearly state this in your reservation with us to know more about the event fee. Let us know beforehand how many visitors will come over to receive an event fee quote. Please do not book a reservation for an event without getting a quote first.
