Holmes Beach Residences

This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Location, close to the beach. Great service and food at the hotel area. Close to restaurants and shopping center.

The only disappointing part of my stay here was there were no robes and slippers that I thought their website listed as an amenity;-))

We had a great time, the building looks brand new and our micro efficiency was all we needed for a quick 3 day stay. We spent our days at the pool which has great patio furniture and huge umbrellas. Everything was clean and beautiful, at night we took advantage of the games in the courtyard. On our second day the owner came by to chat while we were sitting by the pool to make sure everything was ok, from the time I reached out about check in instructions Dave was warm, welcoming and...

Wonderful hosts!

Fantastic amenities. Pool with cabanas and plentiful outdoor seating we’re superb. Great fire pit and grills too. Proximity to a Nathan Benderson park was a major plus, the couple of minutes walk to the park was great. Provided a great option for early morning walk or jog in a gorgeous setting. Plus loved that there were nearby food and shopping options. Only drawback about a 30 minutes drive to Siesta Key or Lido beaches.

Great location! Private beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas included. Spacious beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Full kitchen and plenty of parking. It was perfect in every way and made the stay that much better. You can not say enough about the beach being just outside your door.

Convenient location, trolley stop right out front to all island locations. Nice cottage completely updated helpful staff

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Goood

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. But the most noteworthy thing was their outstanding customer service. They treated us like family from the moment we checked in up to a...

Relaxing small resort within walking distance of a wonderful white sand gulf beach. Palm shaded garden and pool; private patio for each unit, as well as folding beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Great location: short drive to restaurants and shops and free trolley nearby.

Very friendly and clean. Complementary breakfast and a beer in the evening is nice.

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

We love this place we come every year .

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Its very clean from the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their bathrooms. The breakfast was very good. They offer hot food i.e. eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast or pancakes. They also have cereals, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt. The pool was another wonderful feature, clean and heated with plenty of chairs and tables. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. There are...

The place was just as listed. Dan and Amy were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. Answered any question we had prior to arrival and during our stay. Housekeeping was spot on with new beach and shower towels each day along with emptying our garbage each day. The location was spectacular. Easy access to the beach with lounge chairs and if you didn’t want to be at the beach just hang by the pool. Clean kitchenette with a coffee maker, stove top and microwave. We will be back based on...

When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.
