Absolutely love this place! This was our third stay here in the last four years. (couldn't make it last year) On our first visit, after the first night we booked a third night. On our second visit, we made it to the room, and decided then to go back down, and book a third night. The staff is amazing, the food is amazing, and the cocktails.....amazing.

Great location if you want a walkable place by Central Ave & DT St Petes! Super cute kind of gives apartment vibes my boyfriend loved this hotel. Loved the pool and outdoor seating as it was super hot out when we went. Offered us great benefits and i enjoyed breakfast in the cafe the food was great

I had just had a painful surgery and needed a hotel to stay the night before making the road trip back home. Subsequently, I realize that I was hot due to my procedure but at the time I wasn't sure if it was that or the room. The staff was so kind as to have me transfer to their last room that was an upgrade to a suite to accommodate me. I am so so so thankful.

We were disappointed with our stay. Parking proved to be challenging even though the Hollander and Avalon (its sister hotel nearby) have dedicated lots. When we entered our room, it felt and smelled like it hadn’t been aired out in some time, but after turning the a/c up and running it for a while, it was fine. The bad part, however, was that the floor wasn’t clean; there were patches where someone had tracked dirt in from the outdoors. There was also a hair on the bathtub wall. We didn’t bother lodging a complaint since we were exhausted from travel and were only staying one night. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant, and though we didn’t dine there, the hotel has a convenient on-site restaurant that seems well liked.

Properties great. There’s a few homeless shelters around, but was a pretty safe neighborhood as far as I can see, also had a shuttle bus to Tropicana Field

Lovely hotel, conveniently located to Tropicana Field. Comfortable bed, good A/C. Everything was excellent except for the bathroom. We are 84 and 86 and it was downright dangerous to get into the tub to take a shower. No handrails! I do understand there are handicapped accessible bedrooms, but we had no idea how important it would have been to request them. Also, the water pressure was extremely low. It literally dripped out of the shower head. We had to fill cups with water to rinse off.

It was our 2nd time staying at this property, and it was Excellent as always. The rooms are Awesome, our room this time was modern furnished with the old wood floors that added so much original charm. All the staff are always super friendly, we are thinking about going again for Labor Day weekend. Love staying at The Hollander! Highly recommend!

The Hollander is a fantastic hotel with great character. It is a lot of fun from talk to bottom and the taproom restaurant has some of the most excellent food I’ve ever had. In addition, they have desserts that are out of this world amazing. I don’t really know much about the surrounding area because I spent most of my time at the hotel. The only downfall would be the parking. They have three different parking lots, but there were times when I had to sit in the lot and wait for someone to happen to come out and move their car to get a spot.
